We also offer the option to book a standalone appointment without purchasing any products. Simply select the appointment option from our calendar and indicate in the checkout notes the specific products you are interested in. Our dedicated employee will bring the requested products to the appointment, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for you..

VIP Service Policy:

– The appointment duration is only one hour. Please adhere to your allocated time and consider our staff’s schedule.

– All payment methods are available with the staff: cash, KNET, installments, and link.

– More than one person (women only) can attend the appointment with the staff and try on and purchase shapewear, provided they adhere to the specified appointment duration.

– You have the freedom not to make a purchase during your visit with the staff.

– Change or cancellation of the service is only allowed within 24 hours or more from the reserved appointment time, and the paid fees will be refunded in case of cancellation due to any emergency reasons. However, if you wish to modify or cancel the service within less than 24 hours from the appointment, the paid fees are non-refundable. You can contact us via WhatsApp.

– You can exchange or return purchased items within 24 hours only from the date of the invoice received from the staff and only in-store.

– After booking the appointment, our customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to determine the models and sizes you wish to see and answer all your inquiries via WhatsApp or direct call. Therefore, please ensure the accuracy of the phone number provided during the booking.

– Please note that this service is for women only to avoid any embarrassment.
